Founded in 1961, Westminster Christian School enrolls approximately 1,280 students in grades PK3 through 12. Westminster is located in the Village of Palmetto Bay, on 31 acres of tropical hammock a quarter mile from Biscayne Bay and 15 miles south of Miami, Florida.

Persons interested in joining the Westminster Christian team will be asked to put their vision and leadership skills to work. Successful candidates will be able to articulate and implement an educational philosophy based in a reformed, evangelical theology and must be an active member of a Protestant church. We are looking for people with strong, well-defended opinions who are also team players. We are looking for confident, creative, energetic people who are passionate about instilling the love of learning in their students and who foster curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.

Westbridge Academy

Westbridge Academy, a division of Westminster Christian School, is an independent program for first through sixth grade students with language-based learning disabilities, such as dyslexia. 

Westbridge employees must meet all qualifications of a Westminster Christian School employee. Westbridge employees are eligible to receive the same benefits package as a Westminster Christian School employee, including tuition remission, if applicable.

Legally sufficient allegations of misconduct by Florida certified educators will be reported to the Office of Professional Practices Services. Policies and procedures for reporting misconduct by instructional personnel or school administrators which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student are posted faculty workrooms.
