Founded in 1961, Westminster Christian School enrolls approximately 1,280 students in grades PK3 through 12. Westminster is located in the Village of Palmetto Bay, on 31 acres of tropical hammock a quarter mile from Biscayne Bay and 15 miles south of Miami, Florida.

Persons interested in joining the Westminster Christian team will be asked to put their vision and leadership skills to work. Successful candidates will be able to articulate and implement an educational philosophy based in a reformed, evangelical theology and must be an active member of a Protestant church. We are looking for people with strong, well-defended opinions who are also team players. We are looking for confident, creative, energetic people who are passionate about instilling the love of learning in their students and who foster curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.

  • Athletics - Girls' Lacrosse Coach

    Westminster is seeking a head varsity girls' lacrosse coach for the 2026-2027 season. We are looking for someone to develop an outstanding team and program on the field as well as develop great young women off the field. The head coach is given control of the entire girls' lacrosse program and is supported by the school and athletic administration as needed. Coaches must adhere to all FHSAA and school policies, including the school's statement of faith.

    Previous coaching experience required.
  • Fine Arts - Adjunct Instructors

    Westminster Christian School is seeking part-time music instructors to provide individualized and small group teaching as a support to student’s musical progress and achievement within their larger ensembles. Adjunct teachers assist in teaching proficiency, technique, tone and literacy on their applied instrument.

  • Fine Arts - High School Dance Team Assistant Coach

    Under the supervision of the Head Dance Coach, the Assistant Coach assists in the instruction, development, and reinforcement of dance technique, performance quality, and team culture for students participating on the high school competitive dance team. The Assistant Coach supports rehearsals, performances, competitions, and program operations from a biblical worldview that encourages excellence, integrity, teamwork, and servant leadership. The Assistant Coach serves as a positive Christian role model and carries out related work as necessary. This employee is considered an ambassador of Christ and a minister of the Christian gospel and is expected to integrate his/her Christian faith into his/her service to the school while actively participating in the spiritual formation of students.

Westbridge Academy

Westbridge Academy, a division of Westminster Christian School, is an independent program for first through sixth grade students with language-based learning disabilities, such as dyslexia. 

Westbridge employees must meet all qualifications of a Westminster Christian School employee. Westbridge employees are eligible to receive the same benefits package as a Westminster Christian School employee, including tuition remission, if applicable.

Examples of misconduct include obscene language, drug and alcohol use, disparaging comments, prejudice or bigotry, sexual innuendo, cheating or testing violations, physical aggression, and accepting or offering favors. Reports of misconduct of employees should be made to hr@wcsmiami.org. Reports of misconduct committed by administrators should be made to hr@wcsmiami.org. Legally sufficient allegations of misconduct by Florida certified educators will be reported to the Office of Professional Practices Services. Policies and procedures for reporting misconduct by instructional personnel or school administrators which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student are posted faculty workrooms.
