Middle School
Middle school is a time of extraordinary growth and change for students — physically, emotionally, socially, and academically. We want to partner with you during this special season to support and guide your children as they form their identity and learn to embrace their unique talents and interests.
Our Approach
Westminster's middle school is designed to meet the critical needs of pre-teens and teens to feel loved, connected, seen, and valued. Our school culture reaffirms that we are all made in the image of God and therefore worthy of love and respect. Faculty and staff model Christian values for students, and students are expected to do the same. Our middle school experience is based on the belief that students should be challenged academically, should be accountable for their actions, and nurtured spiritually.
Our Curriculum
Our faculty and staff are dedicated professionals who present a rigorous academic curriculum from a biblical perspective. Beyond the five core academic courses – math, science, language arts, social students and Bible – students can select from 35 elective courses including band, debate, art, foreign language, and dance.
Our curriculum is developed to respond to your student’s unique talents offering the ability to apply for advanced and accelerated tracks in math and language arts. Whether they are reading literature in one of Westminster's outdoor amphitheaters or studying the vertex of a parabola, students learn in a creative, fun and safe environment taught by professionals who love their students and their subjects. The opportunity to participate in Westminster Athletics also begins in middle school.
