About Student Leadership
The student leadership program at Westminster provides a unique experience that encourages students to glorify God by exceeding both inside and outside of the classroom through service, involvement and fellowship. Westminster’s student leadership program begins in the elementary school and continues in middle school with student government, NJHS, and service projects.
In high school, student empowerment is the primary focus. The goal of "the Dub," as it has come to be known by the students over the years, is to make a positive change on campus, in our local community and throughout the world.
The Dub provides a variety of community service opportunities to high school students, manages all on-campus clubs, assists with international mission trips, organizes a series of sunrise devotionals and assists in the arrangement of major school events such as Homecoming and Warrior Week.
